Project Description
Aurora at North Bethesda Center boasts contemporary residential design and a variety of private amenity options. The 18 story glass tower frames the structure and complement the textured façade. KBR Building Group is the General Contractor on this project.
AIW was chosen to fabricate all of the ornamental iron work as well as the structural exterior support steel including brick shelf angles, elevator structural components, pool trellis, entrance canopy, roof crown, and custom fabricated stairway handrails. All of these components were designed and developed by our own Engineers working hand-in-hand with members of the KBR team. This seamless integration of design and development can only become a reality through teamwork and open communication. AIW was chosen was specifically for this project because of our ability to form a strong partnership with the General Contractor.
